The Board of Education meets in the Learning Library at St. John School.
I am employed by WiRCC. I joined the Board in July 2016 because I have a passion for Catholic education. My goal is to support the staff and students in every way possible to ensure the highest quality education and work environment. I currently have two children who attend St. John’s School. I have been involved in various other committees at St. John’s over the years, including the Home & School Association, Technology Committee, and the women’s Welcome Weekend.
TARA DE BOTH
I am employed by Thrivent Financial, leading the Customer Care Operations Department. I was part of the Board previously, took a couple of years off and re-joined in 2017. I have two children – a 10th grade son at LCHS who graduated from St. John’s and a 5th grade daughter at St. John’s. I am happy to be serving on the Board to continue the great tradition of Catholic Education at St John’s and I’m especially committed to helping us think about the long term and where we can change and grow for the future.
I am a graduate of St. John’s and a lifelong member of the parish. I work for United Healthcare as a Senior Business Manager, and have lived and worked in the community my entire life.
I joined the Board in May 2018. I have been a member of St. John's since April 2016. I also help out with the coffee bar and the It's All About the Weekend Committee. I am on the Board because I want to help the students of St. John's have the best education possible, and have the guiding presence of Jesus in their lives at all times.
I have two children attending St. John School and have served on the St. John School Board of Education since Fall 2016. I am the IT Project Manager for the Appleton Area School District, and with this background, I wanted to be involved in a committee focused on school operations. Aside from serving on the BOE, I also am a leader for the St. John Parish Children's Liturgies, participate in the St. John Technology Committee and am involved with my children's classes.
I am a graduate of St. John’s and a lifelong parish member. My wife Kathii works in the parish office, and we are the parents of four adult children and proud grandparents of seven. I have been involved in coaching basketball at St. John’s for the past 20 years.
