The Mission Club meets from 8:00am - Noon and 1:00pm - 4:00pm on Wednesdays in the church basement. The club is made up of ALL volunteers. Men, women and children of any age are welcome!
The purpose of the mission club is to help the needy. The club does this in several ways:
All money raised by the mission club is given to the needy.
To volunteer, come to the parish basement during the hours listed above, or contact one of the following:
by accepting donations of gently used clothing and small household goods to be sent to people in need.
Quits made of sheets; hand-knit caps and booties; afgahns; dish towels and dish clothes; aprons and padded hangers; denim pillows and purses; rag rugs; and don't forget the hugs!
Proceeds from the sale of our items are used for shipping costs and to purchase supplies to make more items to sell. Donations are made to the Community Clothes Closet, Brother Regis and the Salvatorian Warehouse, Model Valley Tennessee, and various other organizations that help people.
